Delivery Method: Deliveries are typically to the ground floor or a safe, accessible location. For large or heavy items, assistance may be required to move the item inside.

Accepting Your Delivery: A person over 18 must be present to sign for the goods. If no one is available, redelivery fees may apply.

Damage in Transit: Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours to be eligible for a claim.

Change of Mind: We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
