We arrange delivery the next business day after your payment has been received.
98% of orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment. You will be notified via e-mail as to when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status.
Our couriers don't deliver on public holidays, weekends or after hours.
Please note: Delivery is done by 3rd parties which means all delivery times are only an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe by Web and Warehouse. Couriers can sometimes experience delays in delivery time due to high volume, accidents, road works, unexpected weather, and busy holiday periods.

Delivery Addresses
We deliver goods via national courier networks; they will need a physical street address for delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct otherwise a redirect fee will be applied if the delivery is re-directed once it has been despatched. Because of the oversize/weight of most of our products, we unfortunately are unable to deliver Trampolines to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags. If it is a small item e.g. small qty of springs, we can post via Australia Post, but most of our items are too oversized for Australia Post delivery.

Delivery Cost
You can find a shipping estimate on each product page using your Suburb or Postcode. For Multiple products shipping is calculated at Checkout.
We either provide Free delivery or heavily Subsidised delivery for most suburbs in Australia, this is dependent on the product size, the postcode and the value of the item being delivered. Our products are usually bulky and oversize so actual delivery costs to us (for some suburbs) can actually exceed the value of the product being purchased, this means it’s not always viable to offer a Free, or Subsidised, or even a delivery service at all, for every suburb in Australia.
For delivery with a cost quoted, one option to try and reduce delivery costs is to see if another destination is cheaper that you can pick up from, e.g. family member, friend, place or work etc.
Couriers do need to draw a line somewhere for their charging zones, so couriers will group suburbs together and apply a rate for that area, which can mean; sometimes there is a price difference between neighbouring suburbs. Sometimes the price can even be different on the opposite sides of a road because that's where the postcodes borders are, e.g. Rockhampton QLD postcodes 4700 and 4701.
Please note that couriers make changes to their network capabilities on an ongoing basis, which can affect delivery costs and the ability to deliver to specific suburbs/postcodes with short notice to us. As this is beyond our control, we reserve the right to verify delivery quotes at the time of your order. If we discover a significant impact on the couriers' ability to fulfil the delivery or a substantial cost increase that is untenable for us, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to discuss your preferred options. Although such occurrences are rare, they typically arise due to local courier restructures, infrastructure and roadworks, or abnormal weather conditions and are more prone to regional, remote or island postcodes.

Approval to Leave Safe (ATLS)
The delivery default is that there is ATLS if you are not home. This means if you are not home then the courier will endeavour to unload at an easily accessible area at the front of your premise. Notify the seller prior to despatch if you wish to not provide ATLS, be aware that if you have reversed the ATLS default and you are not present during a delivery attempt then you will be liable for any redelivery charges.

Delivery Service Options
We use various national couriers for our Australia wide deliveries. The likes of Australia Post have their own full network from pickup to home delivery, however most National couriers may use other local freight couriers to coordinate the final delivery leg to you, especially for some regional areas. Often this also disrupts / delays the tracking.

GeeTramp Trampolines Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We love the trampoline products we stock and want you to feel the same way about your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your product for any reason, you can return your product for refund or exchange provided that:
• A return request has been communicated within 14 days of the purchase date, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email to request a Return.
• The product is unused and in its original condition; and
• The product is returned by courier or in person with all original packaging and proof of purchase to Web and Warehouse in Geelong
• If the product came with a free item or gift, then that item or gift must be returned with the purchase, or the value of the item or gift will be deducted from your refund.
• Note: the item is NOT to be returned to any Bunnings store or location.

Change of mind
In the case of Change of Mind Returns, all shipping will be at the expense of the customer. This includes the seller recouping any “actual” delivery costs that were provided, whether they were quoted on a Free or Subsidised basis. Proof of actual delivery costs that the seller has been invoiced for can be provided upon request. Refunds will be issued for your purchase price less any delivery costs incurred and less a 5% restocking fee.

Incorrect Product
If we have sent you an incorrect item – we will pay the return freight.
If you ordered an incorrect size or have damaged an item it is your cost to return the item and pay redelivery of the correct item and any difference between the cost of the two items will be factored in.

Warranty
For warranty claims it is on a "Return to Base" basis.
We may need the faulty item back to the Web and Warehouse in Geelong, Victoria, either for assessment, exchange or for re-work. If this is the case, we will need the effected items returned to us prior to releasing replacement items to you. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility and cost and the resupply delivery will be at the sellers cost. We are mindful to minimise unnecessary delays and costs where possible and endeavour to resolve any issues without the need to use any shipping at all.
Good quality digital photos provided with any known relevant information will be used to help us assess the detailed nature and specifics of the problem.
The product must be returned in suitably secure packaging to prevent any damage in transit (intact original packaging is ideal).

Shipping Damage
We assess damage on a case-by-case basis. You must email us as soon as is reasonably practicable when damage has occurred to your product (not the box) while in transport. In your email let us know what the problem is. (photos, and/or written details of the damage i.e. is it aesthetic, torn, punctured etc). Advise us if you have signed receipt of the item or if you have already contacted us regarding the matter. Like replacements will be used pending stock availability.
