Reporting Faults/Damage: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We require photographic evidence of the damage or fault to process your claim efficiently. Resolution Options: Once we confirm the fault or damage, we will offer: A replacement at no extra cost, or A full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Return Shipping for Faulty Items: For approved claims, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item at no cost to you. Change of Mind Returns Eligibility: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Incorrect Items Reporting Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
