Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind are accepted under the following conditions:
1. The item must be:
o Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
o In brand-new condition, unused, unworn, and unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
o In a resalable condition and undamaged.
2. Exclusions:
o Items in sealed packages or boxes cannot be returned if the seals are broken or damaged.
3. Return Shipping:
o The cost and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the sender.
o Refunds cannot be processed if the returned item is not received.
4. Refund Processing:
o A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and meets the conditions outlined above.
5. Non-Compliant Returns:
