Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be processed and dispatched on the next working business day. \n\nStandard Delivery\n Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.\n\nDelivery Fee\nDelivery fees and times are subject to variation for different products and are determined based on various factors. These factors include the size and weight of your order, the number and type of products in your cart, the origin and destination of the shipment, and more. During the checkout process, prior to finalizing your payment and confirming the order, the delivery price for each order will be clearly displayed. For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. 30 DAY FUSS FREE RETURN POLICY Forge Electrical Pty Ltd (Forge Electrical) supply the best quality products manufactured in industrial leading facilities with compliance to the latest ISO quality and environmental standards, with the backing of the Australian industrial professionals who offer guidance with design and engineering capabilities. We are proud to offer a 30 day fuss free return policy to our customers. Return Policy To qualify for a return under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging along with all included accessories and must not be damaged in any way both whilst in the customer’s possession or during transportation back to our location. To ensure that the product is properly protected during transit, we strongly recommend that: The product be placed in its original foam pouch or similar soft wrapping material; and The product then be placed inside its original cardboard box; and Use extra bubble wrap or similar void filler to ensure product is not rattling inside the cardboard box; and Any loose accessories must be placed inside its original pocket and not in direct contact with the product to avoid dent and scratches to the product; and The cardboard box then be wrapped in a minimum 3 layers of bubble wrap before it is put inside a courier satchel; and In cases where an outer carton is used, enough void filler should be used to minimise (preferably completely eliminate) rattling inside the outer box. Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at Forge Electrical are able to be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product specifically being stated is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to special order and/or orders with special discount), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee At Forge Electrical, we stand behind our products! That's why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product in its original packaging and condition, and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery charges and a restocking fee). The restocking fee for these products will be 10% of the original purchase price. Where a product specifically excludes returns under this policy, no returns under this policy will be permitted. To Avoid being charged the 10% restocking fee - you can receive your refund as a store credit. When checking out, simply apply the credit to your new purchases. Faulty Products / Warranty Claims Please check product pages for detailed information of warranty of each product. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation or lack of maintenance. Forge Electrical warranty will only cover the product replacement or refund. Forge Electrical will not be liable for any additional costs. If an identical part is not available, a similar part will be supplied, or refund will be provided. To claim a warranty, original proof of purchase must be provided with the defect products being returned.
