1. Change of Mind Returns - 14 Day Limit
1.1 General Policy
Goods bought from Forestwest can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for change of mind.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
1.1.1 The item must be unused;
1.1.2 The item must be in its original packaging;
1.1.3 The item must be in a resalable condition;
1.1.4 The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Clearly mark your name and contact details on the return package.
The item must be packaged so that the return label is attached to the outer wrapping and not directly to the product or its packaging.
Ensure the item is packed securely to help prevent damage during transit.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be accepted for change of mind return, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once the product is received and inspected, a refund of the product price will be issued to the customer, subject to the conditions above.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable for change of mind returns, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Specific Situations for Returns
2.1 Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or do not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, customers should contact us via the Contact Seller link in the Bunnings order confirmation email.
Photos and/or videos of the item may be requested to assist in the return process.
Minor faults may be repaired or replaced within an agreed timeframe. If the fault cannot be resolved, or if required under the Australian Consumer Law, customers may choose a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
Once the return is authorised, Forestwest will arrange the return process where a return is required.
For faulty goods, customers will not be required to pay return freight costs where a return is required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely to help prevent damage during the return process.
2.2 Incorrect Items Supplied
If the customer receives an incorrect item, they should contact us via the Contact Seller link in the Bunnings order confirmation email.
Photos of the item received may be requested to assist in confirming the issue.
Once confirmed, Forestwest will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
For incorrect items supplied by Forestwest, customers will not be required to pay return freight costs where a return is required.
2.3 Incorrectly Bought Goods / Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Incorrectly bought or incorrectly ordered goods may be returned as a change of mind return if:
2.3.1 The goods are unused;
2.3.2 The goods are in their original packaging;
2.3.3 The goods are in a resalable condition;
2.3.4 The return request is made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Once the product is received and inspected, a refund of the product price will be issued to the customer, subject to the conditions above.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable for incorrectly bought or incorrectly ordered goods, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Change of mind returns are only accepted up to 14 days after receipt.
Custom-made goods, such as modified or cut-to-length items, may not be returned for change of mind, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
This does not limit any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
