Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and type of the item:
• Small items: $9.95 flat shipping fee
• Large or bulky items: $15.00 flat shipping fee
Dispatch Timeframe
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Stock Availability
All products listed are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. We do not list items that are unavailable or on backorder.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and courier services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
• We offer Authority to Leave (ATL) for deliveries.
• If ATL is selected, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address without requiring a signature.
• Once a parcel is delivered under ATL and confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:
• Leave a delivery card with instructions
• Attempt redelivery
• Redirect the parcel to a local collection point
Customers are responsible for using the tracking information provided to manage delivery with the courier.
