Flipside International Shipping Policy

Unless you live in a remote area, most orders take 3-7 business days to arrive to your destination, remote areas may take a little bit longer. All our orders are fully trackable (excludes standard delivery products), you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Flipside International Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns
Change of Mind Returns are accepted at our discretion and must meet the below criteria:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving delivery of the item.

- A proof of purchase has been provided.

- Returned in original packaging, unopened with all included accessories in as new condition suitable for resale.

- We have been notified prior to any return being processed.

Returns must be inside of a new shipping box (return shipping label not to be attached directly to the product(s) box).
If your return doesn’t meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to not issue a refund or exchange.

Faulty Goods Returns
In an instance where you believe a product to be faulty, we must be notified prior to the item being sent back.

All faulty item returns will be assessed to determine if there is a manufacturing fault. If the fault is determined to be caused through misuse, negligence, or failure to follow manufacturers recommendations we reserve the right to not offer a refund, exchange, or repair.

Return Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges incurred relating to change of mind purchases may be subject to deduction from the total refund amount.

For items deemed to be faulty, will be eligible to have shipping charges covered by us.

Shipping charges for Items that have been determined to be caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturers recommendations will be at the consumer’s expense.
