All items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, and we currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Under normal conditions, delivery generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Courier Partners & Packaging

We work with multiple courier partners to provide safe and reliable delivery across Australia. The courier used depends on the size, weight, and delivery location of each order.

Some larger or bulky orders may be dispatched in multiple cartons to ensure safe transport.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made during normal business hours. Some deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card or provide instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on their policy.

Delivery Fees

Many items include free standard delivery, however delivery charges may apply to certain bulky or oversized items. Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Fansee Australia Return Policy

Fansee Australia – Returns & Refunds (Bunnings Marketplace)

For any returns or enquiries, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
Timeframe: Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Process: Please contact us first to obtain return authorisation and instructions.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in line with the Australian Consumer Law, including covering return shipping where required.
