Fab Habitat Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the warehouse. Delivery usually takes approximately 2–14 business days depending on the delivery postcode and the size of the product. Large and bulky items may take longer than usual to arrive. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Changes to the delivery address may not be possible once the order has been dispatched. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, we encourage you to authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place. Only items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch are listed on the marketplace.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If your purchase does not meet your needs, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

Unused and unassembled
In the same condition as received
Returned in the original packaging
In as-new, saleable condition

Please ensure the product has not been damaged, washed, or laundered.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns. If you require assistance arranging a return, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with a shipping quote.

All return requests must be initiated via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS POLICY

We take great care to ensure all products are delivered in perfect condition and match your order. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email if you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photos or additional details to help assess the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:

A repair
A replacement
A refund

Where a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Any costs associated with returning faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Items should be returned in the condition they were received where possible, unless the fault or damage prevents this.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
