400x400mm Square Hybrid SolarLight - Skylight Alternative Dark hallways, internal bathrooms, laundries, garages and other rooms without windows can make a home feel smaller and less inviting. EzyLite SolarLight creates bright daylight-feel lighting that mimics the appearance of a traditional skylight, providing an affordable Skylight Alternative, making these spaces feel brighter without the cost and complexity of installing a conventional skylight. Unlike a traditional skylight, an EzyLite SolarLight does not require a roof dome, flashings or a plaster light shaft. Instead, a compact roof-mounted PV solar panel connects to the ultra-thin flush-mount ceiling LED panel via a 9 m cable, allowing installation in many locations where a traditional skylight isn't practical. Standard sizes are DIY-friendly for competent renovators and can significantly reduce overall project costs by avoiding major roof and plaster work. Suitable for tiled and metal roofs, the ultra-thin flush-mount ceiling LED panel installs neatly into a standard plaster ceiling using concealed spring clips, without cutting ceiling joists. During the day, the SolarLight is powered by the roof-mounted PV solar panel.
