Bio-based and naturally derived, this cleaner is a moderately alkaline solution which works with a synergistic effect of combining surfactant technology with non-petroleum based solvents to remove fats, oils and greases. Unlike other cleaners, Enzyme Wizard Oven & Cooktop Cleaner emits no harsh fumes and because it is formulated with a low VOC and high boiling point, it is safer than most products in the market.
