Empire 300mm True Blue Laser Etched Metric Rafter Square

The Empire 300mm True Blue™ Laser Etched Metric Rafter Square ensures accurate markings and measurements on materials. It’s also designed for quickly marking 45° and 90° lines. This Rafter Square is made from extruded anodised aluminium, which is rust and corrosion resistant. The extra wide heel offers enhanced grip for sliding along material. Use it to efficiently mark straight lines for crosscuts. Position the heel on corners of workpieces to determine if they have a true 90° angle. A Scribe Guide™ enables straight and consistent line markings parallel to the edge of materials. It has precision notches with 5mm increments. Hi-Vis, permanent laser-etched markings are featured on both sides of the Rafter Square. These markings are easy to read in all lighting conditions. One side of the Rafter Square has a conversion table to assist with rafter calculations. The straight edge features millimetre and centimetre markings, making it suitable to use as a ruler. A pivot point is suitable for marking angles from 0-90 degrees. It can also be used to determine angles relative to level, when used in conjunction with a spirit level.
