Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any bedding that has been slept in, washed, or removed from its original packaging due to change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure, our customer service team is happy to assist with any questions prior to purchase.
Return shipping will be shouldered by customers.
The buyer is responsible for all return freight (shipping) costs associated with change of mind returns.
A restocking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from your refund amount for each return processed under this policy
Returns will need to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Manufacturing Faults
If your bed linen is found to have a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on whether the fault is considered major or minor.
To initiate a return for a manufacturing fault, please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may request photos or further information to assess the fault.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for bedding that has been used or washed unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
No returns are accepted for change of mind on used or washed bedding.
