Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
Conditions:
• A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in original packaging and condition.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Warranty

We offer a 2-Year warranty from the date of original purchase on our products.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover reinstallation costs or consequential damages.
