Delivery varies by location and will be via our nominated carrier, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:
•\tMetro: 1-4 business days
•\tRegional: 1-6 business days
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
All goods will be sent Authority To Leave (ATL) and no responsibility is taken once the item/s have been left by the courier. If the courier cannot leave the item in a safe place they may choose to re-deliver, in which case re-delivery fees may apply.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. Our products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution. Return postage or freight is to be paid for by the customer. The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included - if not returned in original, unopened packaging in 100% saleable condition, the return will be rejected. We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery. Fees may apply.
Warranty Claims:
All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month warranty for peace of mind. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please follow the instructions within the product to lodge a warranty claim, or contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
