Our orders are shipped from Melbourne within 2 working days, using Australia Post standard delivery. A signature is required upon delivery, however you can change to delivery without signature via the tracking number. Please note we do not guarantee any delivery without a signature.
We have a flat rate of $9.95 per order.
We provide approximate delivery lead times based on the best information provided by each carrier. These can change without notice.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement for you. All returns may be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Please DO NOT RETURN any items before contacting us first via the contact seller link in your order confirmation email. We may request a photo or photos of the item.

All other returns
If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return them to us for a refund or store credit.

Items must be posted and tracking number supplied within 14 days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
We recommend you send any returns using registered post, with a signature on demand. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches our office. Please ensure your name, address and phone number are on the back of the parcel.
