Dreamo Shipping Policy

All our orders are delivered during business hours (Monday to Friday).Under normal conditions, our products will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed and delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, the remote & rural areas may take up to 15-20 business days depending on your location

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available. Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order if tracking is available.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Also, we currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

Dreamo Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Orders are dispatched between 1 to 2 business days from our distribution centre and all our products covers 12 month manufacturer warranty. Please contact our customer service team for assistance under the following circumstances.

If any goods arrived damaged, we will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

We will also accept product returns when the product is not for its intended purpose where all returns must be coordinated through our Customer Service group. However unreasonable change of mind return will not be accepted. Kindly don't return or post the products before acquiring directions from us.

When you return the product due to change of mind there applies freight fee and restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from your refund. This additionally applies to the orders cancelled when the product has already been dispatched from our distribution centre.

To qualify for an exchange, your purchase must be returned within 7 days undamaged, unused and in their original condition.

To contact our Customer Service team, please click on the Contact Seller link located within your original order confirmation email. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
