We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. All products are dispatched within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Post by default and we do provide Authority To Leave (ATL).
Delivery timeframes (after dispatch):
Standard Post typically arrives in 2–8 business days depending on your location (metro areas are usually faster; regional/remote areas may take longer). Express Post generally arrives faster than Standard, but exact timeframes depend on the Australia Post network and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, extreme weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery times.
Tracking & notifications:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your parcel is on the way. You can track progress via the Australia Post website/app. Australia Post may safe-drop your parcel where appropriate; otherwise, a collection card will be left.
Shipping costs:
Postage is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service you choose (Standard or Express). Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically if your order qualifies.
Address changes & delivery issues:
If you need to update your address, please reach out before your order ships. Once a parcel is in transit, it can’t be rerouted. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, first check with household members, neighbours, and any safe-drop locations, then contact Australia Post. If you still need help, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with your order number and tracking link.
Split shipments, pre-orders & multiple packages:
At times, multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages. This can happen when items are sourced from different warehouses depending on stock availability. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel, and deliveries may arrive on different days. This doesn’t change our 3-business-day dispatch window per item. If your order includes a pre-order or back-order item, we may ship the entire order together when everything is ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you’d like in-stock items sent first, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email—additional postage may apply.
Damaged or missing items:
If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery and include photos plus your order number so we can investigate quickly with Australia Post and make it right.
