We feel you humans forget we are only here for a short time and more importantly you forget we see, feel and hear everything. The tears, the singing, the breakups and showing us way too much skin around the apartment!

That’s why we should be treated like the favourite child every day, and this starts with Doggylicious treats.

At Doggylicious, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details from Australia Post.

Delivery Times & Regions

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Standard delivery is generally:

Metro areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Regional and rural areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

We deliver Australia-wide.

Authority to Leave

If you would like your parcel left without a signature, please let us know at checkout by providing ‘Authority to Leave’ instructions.

Please note that if you provide authority to leave, Doggylicious and Australia Post are not responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Doggylicious Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. At Doggylicious, we want you (and your dog) to love our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns policy makes it simple and fair.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the product for a full refund.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products

In line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product:

Is faulty,
Is damaged,
Is significantly different from its description, or
Does not perform as expected.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your product is faulty. We may require photos or the return of the item for assessment.
