DI Homewares will dispatch orders within 24 business hours of receiving them.
DI Homewares Return Policy
If you have received your order and you wish to return it, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item and the packaging must be unopened or in a sellable condition. Please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Free shipping orders will default to a $9.95 restocking fee to cover loses for sending out the item.
You are entitled to return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Product warranty covers defects and faults. It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use. It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a replacement product. We request images of defects and faults to be sent prior to accepting return requests. Freight fees are non-refundable.
