Décor Villa was established over 15 years ago by three long standing school friends with a common love of homewares.

Our business is guided by the principle of sourcing quality products from around the globe with the end user in mind.

Décor Villa is synonymous for developing affordable, on trend and innovative homewares.

Our philosophy is to design homewares that allow our customers to express their personality, enabling them to create their desired environment.

Decor Villa Shipping Policy

At Décor Villa, we committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order.

Please note the below points for receiving and shipping of customer orders:

-\tOur warehouse operates Mon to Fri only and is closed on all NSW public holidays.
-\tOrders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.
-\tWe work very closely with all our delivery partners. Depending on your location, shipping can be anywhere between 1 to 10 business days, the latter being for rural and remote regions.
-\tIn all cases, we require a signature from the receiver unless a prior leave authority has been arranged for the carrier to leave the parcel/s in a safe place.
-\tWe do not ship parcels to PO Boxes and therefore require you to provide a physical home or work address.
-\tPlease contact us immediately in the event you wish to cancel your order or change the delivery address.
-\tOnce the order/s have left our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel your order or change the delivery address.
-\tWe do not offer a pick-up service from our warehouse due to stringent Occupational Health & Safety standards.

Decor Villa Return Policy

We generally allow a return or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the product is:

1. Returned within 14 days of order
2. Not damaged in anyway
3. Original tags and packaging are intact

We do not accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under the change of mind policy.

You are responsible for payment of return postage for change of mind returns. Most requests for returns will be reviewed within 1 business day. Once a product is returned, we will assess your product in line with our terms and conditions.
