What safety precautions should you take?: Ewa, our product manager, recommends the complete kit: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards. Because you never know which bit of your body you're going to land on.We recommend the following protective gear: the OXELO PLAY SET (model code: 14777) and the B100 helmet (model code: 153191) or the MF500 helmet (model code: 160387). ; The technical stuff: wheels and bearings: Bearings are rated ABEC 1 to 7. We selected ABEC 1 bearings to guarantee a progressive gliding experience suited for kids just learning how to skate.Basically, these skates glide more slowly. As for the wheels, they measure 60 mm. ; How to adjust the size: See the little tongue on the front of the boot? Just clip it at the right spot to fit your child's foot. The space at the forefoot is left open to accommodate up to 2 more shoe sizes.
