Make sure to completely submerge the blade in the water and push firmly for efficient propulsion. In kayak mode, there are two paddling techniques: the low-angle stroke, with your top hand kept low, this is suited to long, narrow paddles, promotes endurance and reduces fatigue, while the steeper, high-angle stroke, with your top hand held higher, is a more physical stroke suited to short, wide paddles. • HOW TO ADJUST YOUR PADDLE: To adjust the paddle, open the latch, pull the handle to the desired length, then close the latch. The alignment rail ensures the handle stays aligned with the blade. If it is not tight enough, open the latch and gently tighten the metal screw. The ideal length is about 10-15 cm more than your height: adjust to your comfort. • HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR PADDLE: Stand-up paddle mode: assemble one blade on the shaft using the lower push pin. Kayak mode: assemble both blades on the shaft using the push pins (both blades are identical). • HOW TO DISMANTLE THE PADDLE: To disassemble the paddle, press the push pin on the back of the shaft and pull each section apart. Once dismantled, the paddle fits easily in the SUP bag or in a car boot.
