Davco K10 Plus is a premium performance, flexible, premixed, Class III, water based polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for the use under tile, stone and other resilient finishes. Davco K10 Plus is suitable for interior and exterior applications. Commercial and domestic wall and floors including wet areas such as showers, bathrooms, terraces, balconies, roofs and walkways, prior to tiling, using a Sika branded polymer modified cement based tile adhesive. Davco K10 Plus is also suitable for confined areas as it is water based and solvent free.
