Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery to non-metropolitan and regional areas. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact us.

Shipment Carriers:
Order are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse using TOLL or Australia Post.

Shipping Information:
Please ensure all the shipping information provided is correct. We are not responsible for losses, including:

-\tDamaged packages

-\tOther losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Note: We do not ship to a P.O. Box, Parcel Collect locations or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Cybertake Support within 3 business days.

While Cybertake is not responsible for losses or damages caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in contacting the carrier. Please retain all packaging and damaged items, as these may be required for filling a claim with the carrier.

Cybertake Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We hope you love your Cybertake purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we've made the return process simple and hassle-free.

Returns Outside the 30-day Period
We cannot accept returns after the 30-day return period. If your product is not functioning correctly, it may be eligible for repair under your Cybertake warranty.

Ineligible Items for Returns
• Refurbished products and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns but may qualify for warranty service.
• Used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Machines with incidental or consequential damages are not eligible for returns but may qualify for paid maintenance services.

Eligible Returns

Complete & unused items in original packaging:
Product must be complete, unused, and in their original packing. Return can only be considered within 30 days of receiving them. We will refuse returns if you do not keep the original packing.
Opened items (with original packaging):
Product must be complete and repackaged with the original packaging. Our team will assess the condition of the items when it arrives back at our Warehouse prior processing the refund.
Opened items (without original packaging):
Products must be repackaged securely to avoid damage. A 30% restocking fee will apply. The product and accessories must not have cracks, dents, scratches, or modifications affecting resale value.

Quality Issues
For issues related to product quality, we offer a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Requests After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, you must accept the package before initiating a return. Contact Cybertake Support for return instructions. Double shipping fees may be deducted from your refund if you reject a shipment.

Intentional Modifications
Products with cosmetic alterations or modifications that impact resale, refurbishment, or usability will void the terms of the return policy.


Return & Refund Process

Step 1 – Contact Support
Please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Step 2 - Confirmation
Our team will respond within 48 hours to review and confirm your request.

Step 3 – Return Authorisation
Once approved, you will receive a return label and packaging instructions from us via email. Please return all attachments back to us in the Cybertake original package with the protective foam. The return shipping fee will be at your expense (refer to the detailed fees below).

Step 4 – Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is complete. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us.

Note:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the return label.
- Ensure all components are returned in proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. Deductions may be made from your refund for any damages. Cybertake may deduct from your refund if the returned product is damaged upon return.
