We offer flat rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide. This flat fee applies to your entire order, even if you purchase multiple items — you'll never pay more than $10 delivery per order, regardless of quantity. This shipping fee is calculated separately from the item price and taxes at checkout.
In the rare event that item(s) ordered have not been received in a reasonable time frame, customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to get in touch via the contact seller link. We'll assist you in whatever way we reasonably can to get your products delivered to you as soon as possible.
