Delivery Policy

We use Australia Post for all deliveries except bulky items. We deliver to all locations in the Australia Post network in accordance with their lead times. For more information on lead times, please refer to the Australia Post website. We dont provide Authority To Leave (ATL) however this can be requested by the recipient after tracking details are provided. Bulky items will be shipped by courier in which case we can only ship to a physical address during business hours. A card will be left if no one home.
