Shipping Fees & Charges - At CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE, we strive to offer the best deals, including competitive shipping rates. Some items qualify for free shipping, while fees start at $10.95 for others. Heavy or bulky items, such as pumps, brakes, exhausts, and bundle kits, may have additional charges, especially when shipping to remote locations. You can calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart and checkout. Shipping Carriers - At CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE, we offer a range of freight and delivery options: Economy Freight - In order to be able to offer our customers great prices we will use the most economical freight service and pass the savings directly to you! We use a range of carriers such as Australia Post, Toll, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Sendle, TNT and Direct Freight. Australia Post - We offer an Australia Post eParcel option for customers who want the convenience and the guarantee that their parcel will be shipped with Australia Post.
Please note this option may not be available for bulky orders due to Australia Post size and weight limitations. Dispatch - Orders will be dispatched only when all items are ready for shipment. Please be aware that the dispatch time for your order will depend on the item with the longest lead time. If you need any part of your order urgently, please reach out to our customer care team to arrange for individual items to be shipped sooner. Delivery -
Couriers cannot deliver heavy or bulky items to unattended addresses and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign or there is no authority to leave (ATL), a card will be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You will need to collect it from there or arrange a re-delivery, which may incur additional charges. To avoid redelivery delays or fees, CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE recommends having your deliveries sent to an address attended during business hours, such as your home or workplace. Please verify that all parts received match the invoice. If you receive incorrect items, please Contact Customer Service, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Dispatch & Shipping Times. Orders will be dispatched only when all items are ready for shipment. Please note that the dispatch time for your order will be based on the item with the longest lead time. If you need any part of your order urgently, please contact our customer care team to arrange for individual items to be shipped sooner. For orders placed before 11 AM, we aim to ship your items from our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed as quickly as possible; however, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed. While 95% of orders are dispatched within the advertised times, there may occasionally be delays due to factors beyond our control. Order Tracking - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Missing your shipping confirmation email? Be sure to check your junk/spam email folder. Will my parts be shipped together? Your order may sometimes arrive in multiple packages from different carriers. While most orders are shipped together, if your order is split, we will provide tracking numbers for each shipment. You will receive tracking information by email upon dispatch. Splitting orders helps ensure you get your items as quickly as possible when they are sourced from multiple locations. Authority to Leave (ATL) By providing an Authority to Leave (ATL), CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE will leave your parcel at your unattended premises as instructed. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises. CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE and our delivery partners are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this delivery method. By choosing ATL, you agree to release CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses related to this delivery method. Damaged Deliveries - If an item is damaged during transit, please email a photo of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We understand this is an unfortunate situation and will address the issue as quickly as possible.

At CRANKY'S PERFORMANCE, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We are happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our store under the following conditions:

General Return Conditions

Timeframe: All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
Condition: Items must be in saleable condition and include all original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Original Purchaser: Returns will only be accepted from the original purchaser of the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis due to the varying nature of our products.

Exchanges for other goods are available.
Positive identification may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

You do not have the right to return a product under the following circumstances:

The product was damaged due to misuse.
The product developed problems due to wear and tear.

Return Methods

Returns are made at your risk and cost when your return is because you decided you have changed your mind.
Returns are made via our postage paid return label when your return is because the received product was incorrectly supplied, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

Warranty Claims

Please contact us before attempting to return goods for warranty claims. Warranty terms may vary between items.
We strive to process warranty claims quickly to minimise inconvenience, but delays may occur in some cases.

Some items may need to be shipped to suppliers for inspection. In such cases, customers may be subject to repair and freight charges.
Where possible, we will provide advice over the phone or perform simple repairs locally to avoid delays.
