WARRANTY & RETURNS
Each range of goods supplied by Cookware Brands is subject to specific warranty terms, limitations and exclusions. These are provided with the goods and are also available from Cookware Brands upon request.
Cookware Brands will replace any goods that arrive faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by the Cookware Brands Customer Service Department within 48 hours of the package being received. In these circumstances, Cookware Brands will provide instructions on how to return the goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by contacting us through Bunnings.
Cookware Brands will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition, including unopened and unmarked packaging, and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of an original tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip.
Delivery and handling charges on returned items, including the original freight charge, are not refundable for incorrect choice or change of mind.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply where the damage to or defect in the product:
* is caused by normal wear and tear
* occurs because the product has been on-sold or assigned by the original purchaser
* results from the product being used for commercial purposes
* results from use other than for the purpose for which the product was designed
* arises because the product has been repaired by someone other than Cookware Brands or an authorised repairer
* is caused by abnormal conditions, including temperature, water, humidity, pressure, stress or similar
* is caused by corrosive or abrasive substances being applied to the product
* arises from failure to properly maintain or use the product in accordance with Cookware Brands’ use and care instructions
* results from misuse, abuse, neglect or accident
* consists of scratches, stains, discolouration or damage caused by overheating
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by Australian State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
