It includes standard flame failure and quick recovery, an automatic safety valve stabilizing function, manual ignition, and is fitted with a 3/4 inch gas inlet. The American Robert Shaw thermostat, valves, and controls are hard-wearing and reliable offering ease of use for temperature control ranging from 0oC to 212oC. An oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank minimizes food residue, and it is also equipped with a front screw-on drain pipe for the oil. Includes 2 x nickel-plated frying baskets.
