Commercial Kitchen Store Shipping Policy

Commercial Kitchen Store uses third-party couriers for all delivery services. Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays. Orders typically have a handling time of one to two business days before dispatch. Delivery times and dates provided are estimates only. For most metro areas including Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, delivery usually takes between two to four business days. For cities such as Adelaide, Gold Coast, Wollongong, and Newcastle, delivery may take three to six business days. Deliveries to Perth may take between five to twelve business days, and for all other regional areas, delivery may take seven to fifteen business days.\n\nPlease note that standard delivery is completed by a single driver who will deliver your items to the front door but is not responsible for bringing them inside. If you require in-home delivery, this can be arranged for an additional fee and we encourage you to contact us to discuss the available options.\n\nWe ask that you inspect your delivered goods within 24 hours of receipt and notify us immediately if there are any signs of transit damage. Standard delivery services are not available for PO Boxes or remote island locations. If your address falls into this category, please contact us so we can assist in arranging a suitable delivery solution.

Commercial Kitchen Store Return Policy

For all return requests, please contact us via the "Contact Seller" link provided in your Bunnings order confirmation email. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging, suitable for resale. Our suppliers are unable to accept returns for any items that are missing packaging or where the packaging has been damaged. We kindly ask that you inspect your items within 24 hours of delivery to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. Please note that a restocking fee and return freight charges may apply depending on the circumstances of your return.
