Cold Display Solutions Shipping Policy

A delivery cost will be incurred for all product orders depending on location, and size/weight of items.

Our standard delivery includes delivery to the kerbside of your property or loading dock in shopping centre only. It does not include negotiating lifts or any stairs or steps.

Standard kerbside service does not include installation or the removal of any packaging or existing appliance.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be liable for a second delivery fee.

Please note that the standard service may not cover Australian offshore territories or remote locations within Australia. Examples of remote locations include Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and any area that may require access via aircraft, motor vessel or a specialised vehicle. Please contact us if you have a question in relation to the locations to which we deliver.

Cold Display Solutions Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Certain large or bulky items may be subject to a restocking fee. Certain goods cannot be returned for hygiene purposes unless the customer has inspected the goods and given written notice to the company within seven (7) days after collection or delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.

Acceptance of the goods must take place immediately following delivery and is established if the customer signifies by words or conduct that the goods are conforming or that the customer retains them in spite of their nonconformity or deals with them in a way inconsistent with CDS ownership.

The Customer may reject them on good grounds after a reasonable opportunity to inspect them. The rejection must immediately be communicated to CDS in writing, with full particulars of the nonconformity.

On acceptance if payment arrangements are in place then they must be honoured. If payment has been made then it will either be refunded by CDS or credited towards payment of replacement Goods for the nonconforming Goods.
