For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. At Cloud Linen, we comply with Australian Consumer Law, and our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange, and we will cover all return shipping costs with no additional fees. For change of mind returns, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with packaging and labels intact; in such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. No handling, restocking, or processing fees apply to any returns. Our return conditions do not limit your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. Orders cannot usually be changed once processed due to fast dispatch, however, items can be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
