Click and Delivery is offered to customers in most locations, this includes stocked key items. Depending on the location, size and service requested a reasonable delivery fee will be applied to the customer’s order.

How long will my delivery take?

  • In most cases delivery for products purchased online will take 2-5 days, but for some products it may take from 7-14 days such as special orders items.
  • To find out if a product can be delivered to your area, enter your postcode on the product page for delivery details.

Can I return a delivered product?

  • Yes, you can return an item to your local Bunnings if you have received a damaged/faulty product, or if you have changed your mind.

  • How do I know what products are available for delivery?
    • Products with a delivery icon are available to be purchased on a click and delivery basis.

  • How long will my delivery take?

    When shopping online, the expected time for a click and delivery order to be completed will be communicated;

    • As you view item to be added to cart
    • In cart prior to checkout
    • Order Confirmation post checkout
  • How much does delivery cost?

    The delivery fee that is charged is based on the cost of providing the agreed service. The larger an order and the quicker the service the higher is the cost, although there are items where delivery is the only option and therefore the cost of delivery is included in the overall cost of the product.  We constantly work to drive delivery efficiencies so that delivery fees remain competitive.

    All delivery fees are shown when you view your cart.

  • Who will deliver my order?

    We partner with the market leading carriers to ensure we provide the best service at the lowest cost.  We manage these carriers to ensure that deliveries meet promised expectations and is simple and easy for customers.

  • How can I track my order?
    Order tracking is dependent on the delivery provider. Customers will either receive text messages updating them on the status of their delivery or a tracking link.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    We will always make our best effort to accommodate any changes. Please contact Customer Support, customersupport@bunnings.com.au, who will assist you with your query.
  • Can I change my delivery address after submitting an order?
    Yes, you can change your delivery address. Please contact Customer Support at customersupport@bunnings.com.au for assistance.
  • What will happen if I’m not at home when my order is delivered?

    All orders of less than $250 is assumed to have an “Authority to Leave” (ATL).  With an ATL If you are not home, the provider will supply a proof of delivery note, including a photo of the item and its placement. Metro deliveries only.

     

    For Regional deliveries or orders above $250, we will contact you to seek ATL or agree when you will be home to receive the delivery.

     

    Please note that if the provider believes that the location is not secure , they will not leave you order unattended and will notify you.

  • Do I need to provide assistance when my order is delivered?

    The Delivery Fee charged assumes that customers can provide reasonable assistance during delivery.  Customers will be contacted prior to the booking of the delivery to ensure that they are able to provide reasonable assistance.  If customers are not able to aid the driver , then assistance will be organised with the courier at an additional cost to the customer.

     

  • Will my item be delivered outside of business hours?

    Deliveries are completed between 7am to 7pm , 7 days per week.

  • Can my order be delivered to Post Office Box or Locker?

    Due to the various dimensions of orders, we currently do not deliver to post office boxes or lockers.

  • Do you deliver dangerous goods?
    We restrict the sale and delivery of dangerous good on our website.
  • Can I return a delivered product?
    • Yes, you can return it to your local Bunnings if you have received a damaged/faulty product, or if you have changed your mind.
