Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party trades during customer organised installations or repairs.
2.2 Cooling-Off Period:
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date you place your first deposit. During this period:
Full Refund: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of the deposit paid. This allows you time to reconsider your purchase decision.
2.3 Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period:
If you wish to cancel your order after the 14-day cooling-off period:
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 15% of the full purchase price (excluding shipping) will apply. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the cancellation.
2.4 Cancellation After Product Dispatch or Delivery:
If you choose to cancel your order after the product has been dispatched or after you have received it, you will lose your 50% deposit.
