Centrum Furniture is delighted to offer Australia-wide delivery for our customers, partnering with reputable third-party delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. While we strive to accommodate all locations, please note that certain areas may be subject to delivery exclusions.

Order Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Deliveries are conducted on weekdays, during standard business hours.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary based on your specific location and the size of your order. We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure prompt delivery; however, we kindly ask for your patience and flexibility as factors such as distance and order complexity can affect the overall delivery timeline.

For Standard Items:
- Sydney (Metro): 1-4 business days
- Melbourne & Adelaide (Metro): 2-6 business days
- Brisbane & Tasmania (Metro): 3-7 business days
- Perth & Darwin (Metro): 5-9 business days

For Non-Fragile Deliveries to Rural and Regional Areas: Please allow up to 12 business days from the time of dispatch.

For Large Orders & Fragile Items: These require white glove services and may take up to 14 business days for delivery.

Rest assured, we prioritize efficient delivery and will keep you informed throughout the process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Centrum Furniture is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy includes provisions for change of mind, faulty products, and wrong orders received, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly process.

Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes, an item may not be what you expected. If you change your mind about a product:

• You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the item.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all its original packaging and accessories.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Products
Our commitment to quality means that every piece of furniture is thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. However, if you discover a fault:

• Please contact us within 7 days of discovering the fault, providing a detailed description and photographic evidence.
• Faulty items claims made after the initial 7-day period will be assessed under our warranty conditions.

Wrong Order Received
If you receive a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order:

• We will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up and the correct item delivered.
• Please ensure the wrong product is in its original condition, unused, and with all its original packaging and accessories.
