Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 12pm (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.

Large Items
StarTrack is our delivery partner for items which are considered large including all wine racking.

Authority to Leave
Large Items
Goods shipped by StarTrack are automatically assigned as Authority to Leave and cannot be taken to post offices due to their size and/or content.
In the event that a driver feels it is unsafe to leave, the order will be returned to the closest StarTrack Depot where it can be collected and a 'Sorry we Missed You' card will be left. You can either arrange to collect the order from the depot or arrange for another delivery attempt.

Cellar Smart Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We like to keep things simple and our customers happy.

If there is any issue with your product we will replace or refund the product as set out by the ACCC (The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) consumer right guarantee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the 'Contact Seller' button.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
