Caremax Shipping Policy

Australian (local)

Shipping is free for online orders over $55 (after any discounts have been applied) or orders under $50 will incur a small $10 delivery fee. Please note that bulky and heavy products are excluded from free shipping.

Most orders are dispatched the same day from Melbourne Warehouse if your order is placed before 2pm, (Monday-Friday) payment is received and products are in stock. Depending on your shipping destination orders can take from 1- 10 business days transit time. Please refer to the following guidelines for shipping timeframes:


Melbourne Metro: up to 3 business days
VIC Country: up to 5 business days
Sydney Metro: up to 6 business days
NSW Country: up to 8 business days
Brisbane Metro: up to 6 business days
QLD Country: up to 10 business days
Adelaide Metro: up to 5 business days
SA Country: up to 8 business days
Tasmania/ Northern Territory: up to 10 business days
Perth Metro: up to 5 business days
Western Australia: up to 10 business days

According to the ACCC, buyers are not entitled to a refund if they simply change their mind. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to return items for any reason within 30 days of purchase (T&Cs apply).

However, please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds for postage & handling cost if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (the product & packaging must be in suitable condition to resell). If consumables are used, we may accept the return and issue a partial refund after deducting replacement costs. Please read our return policy page for specifics relating to the T&C.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Charges incurred by Caremax through the process of delivering the initial order (merchant fee, original postage etc) are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange/credit.

If your refund request is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
