Let us introduce ourselves… Camping Mat Warehouse is proudly owned and operated by Vicki and Brad here in Australia. We are specialists in everything to do with camping floor mats and know all about our product and others on the market. Our warehouse is located in Morisset, Newcastle NSW.

Since 2018, we’ve been dedicated to offering recycled poly camping floor mats from various brands. Listening closely to customer feedback and understanding their needs, we’ve developed our own range of high-quality, affordable camping floor mats designed specifically for campers and caravaners that is able to withstand the harsh Australian environment.

With nearly 30 years of camping experience, we’ve explored everything from tents and camper trailers to pop-top caravans and full-sized vans, both in Australia and the USA. This extensive experience has taught us what works best in different environments. We’ve personally tested numerous camping floor mats that are available on the market, gaining insights into what performs well and what doesn’t.

Now, we’re excited to introduce our own brand, backed by our expertise and commitment to quality. Every product bears our name and is supported by our warranty. We have strived to make the best quality recycled camping floor mat on the market and will continue to be a leading supplier to Australian caravanners and campers. Other parties on the market do not share our passion for camping and the outdoors like us. We are campers just like you and supporting us is also supporting Australian small business.

Camping Mat Warehouse Shipping Policy

Shipping Time Frames
All mat orders come from our warehouse located in Morisset NSW. We guarantee orders will be packed and shipped within 2 days of cleared payment. (Excludes weekends and public holidays) We cannot be held liable for any delay taken by the courier service as their time frame is out of our control. You may experience delays during peak periods. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

General
Stock availably is on our website. By purchasing a product that product is put aside for your order. We maintain inventory levels through our website however on occasion a stock discrepancy may happen and if so we will contact you regarding your order. We will provide you with options regarding the supply of your order and this could be in the form of a product switch, backorder or refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for orders are based on a cubic metre charge. Costs for shipping and handling at are costs pricing without any margin paid to Camping Mat Warehouse. Payment for shipping will be collected when you purchase via our website. Multiple options for couriers maybe available depending on your location giving you the option to choose what is best for you.

Transit Time
Transit times are out of our control, however in general, couriers’ times are 2 – 14 business days.

Dispatch Time
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse is not open to the public without appointment and orders are shipped from our warehouse from Monday – Friday depending on orders received. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address please make sure you contain us prior to your order being dispatched. After this time address cannot be changed.

P.O. Box Shipping
Camping Mat Warehouse does NOT ship to PO Box addresses unless a courier service is not available for your area. If this is the case we will contact to you discuss shipping options prior to shipment..

Delivery Delayed
If delivery time is delayed and has exceeded reasonable expectations please call our help desk.

Tracking Notifications
When you order is dispatch by our warehouse the customer will receive notification of change of status of their order along with tracking information. This could be via text or email. You will be able to follow the progress of your order using the link provided by the courier and get updates as needed directly from the shipping provider.

Goods Damaged or Lost In Transit
Damaged If your order is damaged during transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible. If not able to reject, then please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email to arrange for return and replacement of your product. Photo evidence will be required prior to goods being returned. We will provide a replacement or process a refund as soon as investigations have been completed.
Lost If your order is lost during transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the order as being lost.

Sales Tax
The displayed price on our website includes GST.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so prior to dispatch. If your order is already shipped please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance
Orders are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.

Camping Mat Warehouse Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Returns Due To Change Of Mind
Bravic Enterprises Pty Ltd ta Camping Mat Warehouse will accept returns due to change of mind if a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Customer will receive store credit as form of refund for change of mind purchases. If a cash refund is requested the customer will receive payment back to the account for which payment was originally made less 10% restocking fee to cover overheads. We will notify via email once completed.

Bravic Enterprises Pty Ltd ta Camping Mat Warehouse will refund as per above but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns
Please check your goods upon arrival to ensure that there was no damage en route to you or any issues that require our attention or service. If so, you must advise us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Bravic Enterprises Pty Ltd ta Camping Mat Warehouse will honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 year of receipt of items.

Customers will pay at their expense for return shipping and we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Shipping costs reimbursed will not exceed invoice costs paid to the courier service.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, Bravic Enterprises Pty Ltd ta Camping Mat Warehouse to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

refund to your payment method plus any shipping costs incurred.
a replacement item sent to you if stock is available
Once the mat has been used by the buyer you have accepted the mat as being of good quality without any manufacturer faults. Warranty only covers original owner and cannot be transferred.
