Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Returns Policy limits, excludes, or replaces any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos, product information, or other details to help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
Where a valid claim is made under the Australian Consumer Law, the remedy may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by law, depending on the circumstances and whether the issue is major or minor.
Restocking fees do not apply to valid Australian Consumer Law claims. Return freight charges for valid Australian Consumer Law claims will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
CalcsPlus does not have to accept returns because you have changed your mind, decided that you do not wish to keep the item, ordered the wrong item, or are unable to keep the item.
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion only if authorised by us in advance. To request authorisation, please contact us via the “contact seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
For change-of-mind returns:
Only authorised returns will be accepted. Please contact us for authorisation and return delivery details.
Products must be unopened, undamaged, unused, and in as-new condition.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Special orders and original freight charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us for change-of-mind returns and are liable for all return freight charges.
CalcsPlus reserves the right to reject any change-of-mind return that appears to have been opened, used, damaged, or does not otherwise meet the above change-of-mind return criteria.
Any change-of-mind returns received outside of these terms may not be accepted.
