•\tShipping coverage: We delivery Australia Wide
•\tDispatch timeframe: Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
•\tEstimated delivery timeframe: Delivery to metro locations are in most cases completed within 2-3 business days. Remote-area (Regional and Remote) delivery may take up to 14 days depending on the serviceability to your location.
•\tDelivery Information:
•\tDeliveries are made Monday–Friday during business hours. As deliveries are handled by third-party courier services, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
•\tYou will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
•\tPlease ensure someone is available to accept your delivery.
•\tIf you have special delivery instructions (e.g., access restrictions, apartment deliveries, preferred contact), please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email prior to your order dispatch.
•\tCarrier/Shipping Method: We work with trusted courier partners assigned based on the goods to be delivered. Products less than 35kg are serviced by standard carriers such as Direct Freight Express, Allied Express, Australia Post. Large & Bulky items require dedicated carriers which are generally smaller independent services like Furniture Removalists.

General Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
Large or bulky items may be delivered to the ground floor or front door only. Please ensure appropriate access is available.
Any visible damages should be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery record. Please report any concerns with as much information and images via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email for any delivery related concerns (missed delivery, late delivery, undelivered, etc)

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

If you are a consumer under the ACL:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your statutory rights under the ACL.

Returns & Faulty Goods:

Change of mind returns are accepted only where permitted under our published Returns Policy.
Faulty or damaged goods will be assessed in accordance with the ACL and our Returns Procedure.
You must notify us of any faults or defects within a reasonable time after discovery.
