Cabot's 300g Cabothane Matt Oil Based Polyurethane Aerosol

Cabot's Cabothane Clear Spray Pack is a hard wearing varnish suitable for use on timber doors, windows, trim and furniture. It is also ideal for fiddly or difficult to reach areas such as furniture and toys. Cabothane Clear is resistant to chemicals, oils, solvents and withstands abrasion, scuffing and scratching. It also contains UV absorbers, meaning it protects surfaces such as windows and doors that are exposed to sunlight. Cabot's Cabothane Clear also performs as a clear topcoat over Cabot's Interior Stain Oil Based. PREPARATION Note: Fill holes and imperfections with a suitable timber putty. Remove stains, dirt, wax, grease and oil with turpentine. Remove any polish with a suitable polish remover. Bare Interior Timber Sand the surface smooth using 180 - 240 grit sandpaper. Sand only in the direction of the grain. Remove all traces of sanding dust. Previously Coated Interior Timber Thoroughly clean the surface with Cabot's Floor Clean and allow to dry. Sand with 180 - 240 grit sandpaper and remove all traces of sanding dust. APPLICATION 1. Before spraying, shake can well for about 1minute, ensuring the mixing ball is moving vigorously inside the can. 2. Hold can approximately 20cm away from the surface. Apply light coats with a quick even motion, beginning and ending each stroke beyond the surface being sprayed until the desired finish is achieved.
