Can I find Bunnings Marketplace products in my local store?
Bunnings Marketplace products are sold online and delivered directly to customers by the third-party Trusted Sellers that we have partnered with. This means you won’t be able to find Bunnings Marketplace products stocked in your local Bunnings store.
Does the Bunnings price guarantee apply to Bunnings Marketplace products?
As Bunnings Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, the Bunnings price guarantee and lowest prices policy does not apply to products sold on Bunnings Marketplace.
Can I click & collect my Bunnings Marketplace order from a Bunnings store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Click & Collect service for Bunnings Marketplace products.
Can I collect Flybuys points on Marketplace products?
Flybuys points can't be collected on Marketplace products.
Can I use my PowerPass card to purchase Bunnings Marketplace products?
Unfortunately at the moment no, you cannot use your PowerPass card to purchase Bunnings Marketplace products.
Can I use a Bunnings Gift Card to purchase Bunnings Marketplace products?
No, Traditional Bunnings Gift Cards (those without a 4-digit PIN) cannot be used to purchase products on Bunnings Marketplace. Reducing Balance Bunnings Gift Cards (those with a 4-digit PIN) can be used online, including for Marketplace purchases.
Do I need to request an invoice of my order?
No, order invoices are automatically generated and sent to the customer email address once the item has been received.
Seller Contact & Returns
How can I contact a trusted seller about my order?
You can contact the seller of a Bunnings Marketplace product via the Contact Seller link in your initial order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have a Bunnings account, you will be able to contact them via your Order History.
I have a problem with my purchase, how do I return it?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact the Trusted Seller by clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Our Trusted Sellers have their own individual returns and refunds policies, which are available on each product page. Please review the sellers returns and refund policy for more information. Refunds will be processed, by the Trusted Seller, back onto the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately our Trusted Sellers cannot accept change of mind returns on Bedding and Manchester products that have been opened.
I'm not getting a response from the seller, what do I do?
If you have tried contacting the Trusted Seller about a problem with your order and haven’t been able to resolve an issue, the Bunnings customer support team will be happy to assist.
What should I do if my item hasn’t arrived, is damaged or faulty, or doesn’t match the product description?
If you have received an item that is faulty damaged or does not match its advertised description, please contact the seller via clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account. If you find the seller is failing to meet the consumer guarantee, please contact the Bunnings Customer Support team.

How can I track my order?
Once the Trusted Seller has shipped your order, you may receive a tracking link within your dispatch confirmation email. Some of our Trusted Sellers use logistics services that don’t offer tracking so you may need to contact the seller directly for more information.
Why am I receiving multiple parcels?
You may receive multiple parcels if you are ordering different Bunnings Marketplace items from different Trusted Sellers. This is because Bunnings Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers and these products may be dispatched from anywhere in Australia.
