Refund Policy

14-Day Change of Mind Refund
We offer a 14-day refund policy for change of mind. To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse using their own postal service.

A 10% restocking/administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover warehousing, handling, and logistics costs.

The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package by our warehouse.

Product Quality Issue Refund
We offer a full refund for products with genuine quality issues (excluding shipping fees). Please note the following:

You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage or defect. A full refund request cannot be processed based on a claim alone without supporting pictures.

If the item is unusable, a full refund will be issued without requiring the product to be returned.

If the item remains usable but has partial damage, a partial refund will be offered.

If you prefer a replacement for a defective item, please contact us, and we will arrange a new shipment as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds due to size-related issues (including but not limited to dimensions explicitly stated in the product description) will not be accepted.
