Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue does not amount to a major failure
These rights apply in addition to any voluntary returns policy offered by us.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
The item is in a resalable condition
Please note:
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility
Any original shipping charges are non-refundable
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable
We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue following assessment
Exclusions (Change-of-Mind Only)
The following exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We may not accept change-of-mind returns where:
The item has been used, installed, or is not in resalable condition
The item is missing original packaging or components
