Dispatch Timeframe
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Stock Availability
• All listed products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
• We do not list items that are unavailable, on backorder, or pre-order.

Shipping Methods
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post or trusted third-party couriers, depending on the size, weight, and nature of the item.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Metro areas: 3–9 business days after dispatch
• Regional areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information
• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
• Where available, we may offer Authority to Leave (ATL).
If ATL is selected:
• You authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location at your delivery address
• Once delivered under ATL, the parcel is considered successfully delivered

Delivery Conditions
• A signature may be required depending on courier requirements
• Large or bulky items may require assistance at delivery
• If delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery fees may apply

Delivery Restrictions
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• Please ensure a valid residential or business address is provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

• We will liaise with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue does not amount to a major failure

These rights apply in addition to any voluntary returns policy offered by us.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
The item is in a resalable condition

Please note:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility
Any original shipping charges are non-refundable
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable

We may not accept change-of-mind returns where:

The item has been used, installed, or is not in resalable condition
The item is missing original packaging or components
