1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within a reasonable time frame. We will work with you to organise a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights. You are not required to have the original packaging to return a faulty item, though we recommend keeping it for safe transport during the return process.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original, unmarked packaging. Please note:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as change-of-mind returns.
Note: Restocking fees and original packaging requirements do not apply to faulty or damaged goods.
4. Processing Your Refund
Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected. To be eligible for a refund:
You must provide proof of purchase.
For change-of-mind, items must be in original, undamaged packaging including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
For faulty items, while original packaging is not required, the item must be returned with all included components where possible.
