Bottega Coffee Shipping Policy

1. Stock Availability
At Bottega Coffee, we only list items on the Bunnings Marketplace that are currently in-stock and available at our Melbourne warehouse for immediate dispatch. We do not offer backorders or drop-shipping, ensuring your order is processed without delay.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has been collected by our courier, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

3. Authority to Leave (ATL)
During the checkout process, you may have the option to select Authority to Leave (ATL).
If ATL is selected: The courier will leave the parcel in a safe location at your delivery address. Please note that by selecting this option, you acknowledge that Bottega Coffee and Bunnings are not liable for the parcel once it has been delivered.
If ATL is NOT selected: A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the dispatch process has begun. If an order has already been dispatched, our Change of Mind return policy will apply.

5. Delivery, Redelivery, and Redirection Fees
We aim for full transparency regarding shipping costs:
Standard Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item (e.g., Aroma Ego at 4.1kg vs. Aroma Plus at 5.6kg) and your delivery location.

Bottega Coffee Return Policy

At Bottega Coffee, we pride ourselves on our selection of domestic and international brands. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and confident in your shopping experience. Our dedicated customer service team is always here to assist and aims to resolve any return-related inquiries within 48 hours.

1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within a reasonable time frame. We will work with you to organise a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights. You are not required to have the original packaging to return a faulty item, though we recommend keeping it for safe transport during the return process.

3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original, unmarked packaging. Please note:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as change-of-mind returns.

Note: Restocking fees and original packaging requirements do not apply to faulty or damaged goods.

4. Processing Your Refund
Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected. To be eligible for a refund:

You must provide proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind, items must be in original, undamaged packaging including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

For faulty items, while original packaging is not required, the item must be returned with all included components where possible.
