BODUM (Australia) PTY LTD Shipping Policy

We are only able to deliver to physical addresses, deliveries to PO Boxes are not permitted.
Once your goods have been selected by our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email providing the details of your order tracking number.

We will endeavour to provide your goods within 5 – 7 business days to the address specified in your order, however Bodum will not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery for any reason.

Please note Bodum takes no responsibility for any parcels lost or stolen after the delivery has been made.

BODUM (Australia) PTY LTD Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

To process a faulty BODUM® product you will require a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned items without a RA number are not able to be processed for refund or replacement. Contact us via the 'Contact Seller' link to obtain a RA number.

Faulty product does not include items which have incurred wear and tear through general home use, misuse or commercial use. Warranty does not include accidental glass breakages.

Warranty period:
e-BODUM®: 2 year replacement warranty from the date of purchase in Australia for electrical appliances with code ‘AUS’ only where a defect appears and BODUM Australia is notified within 2 years from date of purchase.

Proof of purchase:
Any claim must be validated with a copy of proof of purchase in Australia; without providing a proof of purchase BODUM Australia will not be able to process the claim. Proof of purchase includes original purchase receipt/docket or credit card statement showing the purchase amount.

Replacement or refund: in order to claim a replacement for a BODUM® product damaged during delivery or a refund for change of mind purchases, you will be required to notify Bodum within five business days of your receipt of goods. We may require additional information for you to validate your claim, which may include images and other information at our request. Once we have validated your claim, your refund will be made to your credit card within 14 business days or sooner if possible.
