Dried and Preserved Flower Wholesale | We are a family-owned business that has been providing dried and preserved flowers to florists, event planners, wholesalers, retailers, decorators, and the general public across Australia and beyond since 2015.

We source directly local and internationally, providing a complete range to cater to any style or purpose. Noteworthy is that our Australian Dried flowers are officially "Australian Grown Certified."

Key benefits include the fact that they are long-lasting and, therefore, a sustainable choice.
Equally important is the reduction of waste, especially compared to fresh flowers.

To get the most value out of our dried and preserved flowers, we recommend the following care tips:
-Avoid direct sunlight; use indoors only.
-Do not water.
-The preferred storage humidity is less than 80%.
-The preferred storage temperature is 18-22 degrees Celcius.

Australia Post and Aramex handle all our deliveries with the Authority to leave (ATL). We do not offer express deliveries.

We aim to deliver perfection year-round, but issues may arise from ordering to delivery. If you encounter any problems and-or change your mind, we are here to help and will work promptly to resolve them and prevent future occurrences.
To ensure your request or feedback is handled properly, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. This helps us streamline communication and avoid confusion.

Policy Details:
Contact Method: Use the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Information Required: Include your order number, pictures of the pack-list and product, and the reason for contacting us.
Policy Duration: Our policy lasts 7 days from the moment of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Process: Products must be returned to us at the buyers expense.
Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within three working days.

Exchanges
Replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis for defective or damaged items, pending availability.
Important Notes:
o Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
o Some items use generic pictures, so colours may not be 100% accurate.
o Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly between different bunches/blooms.
o We are not responsible for delivery delays once orders are handed over to courier companies.
o Dried & preserved flowers should last up to a year or longer if kept in the right conditions:

? Avoid high temperatures and high humidity.
? Do not water or refrigerate.
? Recommended temperature: 18-22°C.
? Preferred storage humidity: 55%-60%.
