The Tuffx curved focus pads are ideal for boxing training, mixed martial arts training, kickboxing as well as karate/taekwondo training. The curved design with extra coverage on the top fingers allows for extra grip and also avoid fingers getting clipped on unexpected jabs. The Tuffx absorbance disk placed at the target of the pad gives extra padding (for heavier punches) and absorbance to the focus pads. The padded ball placed at the wrist is used to create a straight hand technique as well as to shield the wrist to avoid possible injuries to wrist.
